Terms of Service for LegalNotary

1. Introduction

Welcome to LegalNotary, the domain legalnotary.club provides official document notarization services to individuals and organizations worldwide. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, info products, and goods.

2. Definitions

Services refers to official document notarization, certification, and related appointments provided by LegalNotary.

Info Product refers to digital guides, templates, and instructional materials offered by LegalNotary.

Goods refers to physical items, such as seals, stamps, or stationery, sold by LegalNotary.

3. Service Provision

LegalNotary agrees to perform each service in a professional and diligent manner. Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement and any change must be confirmed by both parties.

4. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of services. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Fees and Charges

All fees are displayed at the time of order or appointment booking. Payments must be completed before services are rendered. LegalNotary reserves the right to adjust fees upon notice.

6. Refund and Postponement Policy

6.1 Official Document Notarization Services

Requests for a refund must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel within this period, you may opt to reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Services booked within 24 hours or delivered on an urgent basis are not eligible for a refund due to preparatory work and resource allocation.

6.2 Info Product

Digital materials may be refunded if not accessed or downloaded within 14 calendar days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us with your order details. Once any download link has been accessed, the purchase is final and no refund will be issued.

6.3 Goods

Physical goods may be refunded if unused and in original packaging within 30 calendar days of delivery. To initiate shipment back, notify LegalNotary and send goods to Raemistrasse 101, 8092 Zurich, Switzerland at your cost. Once items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 15 business days to the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LegalNotary be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, info products, or goods.

8. Changes to These Terms

LegalNotary may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
